SLS (SEGA) PS2 Wireless Surf Wave Controller Overview and Review

Ever wanted a wireless controller for PS2? Well, Tom has been after that very thing for a while, he finally settled on the Surf Wave controller...and it's SEGA branded!?

Originally known as the AirStyle and created by FounTech, SEGA later licensed this same controller and manufactured it through their SLS (SEGA Logistics Service) arm, which deal with the maintenance and distribution of Sega hardware within Japan. They also released a few other controllers, the Surf Wave being one of the most notable.

Join Tom as he gives an overview and review of the controller and attempts to solve the mystery of why the particular one he has acquired is lacking the SEGA branding on the pad itself...enjoy!

Limited Run Games - Power Rangers (Switch) and Racer Revenge (PS4) - Unboxing!

You may have heard of Limited Run Games, they do exactly what you'd expect, which is to release limited runs of video games, usually ones that don't normally get a physical release.

Tom has secured two of their more recent releases, firstly Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid for Switch, which he has previously enjoyed on PS4 and Star Wars Racer Revenge, which again he's played a fair bit of on PS4.

Why then, you may ask, would Tom need to own these two games physically...it's a good question...is it good enough to say it's because he really likes them?

Also, in the case of Power Rangers, it's a lovely release with some extras, such as a manual! Sadly though Racer Revenge doesn't get quite the same treatment...

Both these games are sold out now sadly but you can check out the limited Run website to see what other games are on their release schedule:

In short it's a great piece of kit that's built well, acts like you'd expect it to and is stuffed with more games than most similar Mini console offerings.
